Registration for the 2026/2027 School Year

2026/2027 Preschool & Kindergarten Registration Form

REGISTRATION DAY IS 2/6/2026.

Please have your Registration Form and Fee turned in before 8am on 2/6/26. You will get an email and/or phone call confirming your child’s registration on 2/6/26.

We will start with our Returning/Polaris Family Registrations

and follow with our New Family Registrations.

What is the Registration Process?

2026/2027 Preschool & Kindergarten Registration Form

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year begins 2/6/26. If needed, registration will be completed by a numbered lottery system.

Preschool requires 10 tuition payments (starting 8/1), there is a $100 non-refundable Preschool Registration Fee due when turning in your registration form.

Kindergarten requires 10 tuition payments (starting 8/1), there is a $350 non-refundable Registration Fee due when turning in your registration form. Kindergarten also has a supply fee of $150 due 5/1 and NO SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED IN THE FALL.

Registration forms may be turned in during school hours or in the black R&S dropbox outside our preschool doors located in the back of Polaris Christian Church.

Cash or check are required for all Registration Fees. Please make your check out to “Polaris Christian Church” with Rise & Shine in the memo.

All families will be notified via email/call on 2/6/26 with further instructions.
